OSX Lion: Macbook Pro + Mission Control = Black Screen

Problem:
You have a Macbook Pro and have recently upgraded to OSX Lion. When you start using Mission Control gestures, a black screen appears randomly and very repeatedly, causing you to Shut Down the computer holding the Power button.

Solution:

1. Download gfxCardStatus
2. Configure it to use the Integrated GPU: "Integrated Only" (as follows)
